Can you delete a bad review?
No. You can reply publicly, and you can report a review that breaks our rules, fake, abusive, or factually untrue. We investigate those. We don't remove reviews for being negative.
My shop is listed and I never signed up
Profiles exist so customers can find and review businesses whether or not the owner has joined. Yours shows as unclaimed until you take it over. Claiming is free and takes about two minutes.
Does it cost anything?
No. Everything is free while we're getting Tharu going, claiming, replying, widgets and review requests. If that ever changes we'll tell you 30 days beforehand.
Who wrote a review about me?
We can't tell you. Reviewer phone numbers and emails are never shown publicly and never shared with a business, including on request. You can always reply to the review publicly.
